Byron made the move-in process super easy, Long has been so helpful whenever we’ve had questions, and Xavier in maintenance has been quick, friendly, and great to work with. Everyone has been welcoming, and we’re really happy we chose to move here!

UPDATE: I’ve got to add to my earlier review because these guys just blew me away again. A little while back, my dryer started acting up and just wouldn't dry my clothes. I let management know, and they immediately sent the maintenance guys out to fix it. When that first repair attempt didn’t quite do the trick, they didn't drag their feet—they literally brought in and installed a brand-new dryer for me. The maintenance team, Max and Xzavier, were total professionals, super courteous, and incredibly efficient. They came right in, assessed the situation, and got the job done in no time. It’s been a week now since they installed the new dryer, and it’s running perfectly. Listen, I’ve lived in a lot of different places over the years—from New York to Paris, and now here in Auburn. I can honestly say this is the most impressive maintenance team I’ve ever dealt with, and the management is absolute 5-star in my book. Original Review: Five stars for The Mallard Pointe at Riverbend! I want to commend the maintenance team for their exemplary work. long, was very respectful, and helpful twords the process of moving my friend in, it was easy and he explained everything clearly, im glad new management took over these apartments they look very clean and in the process of remodeling everything!. he gave us a tour and helped choose an apartment we were most comfortable with!. i recommend speaking with “ long! at the front desk to get you situated!.

Hey I wanted to write a review let people know I wrote one for the last manger that was here but we just got new people I just got to say they are by far the best people I met here me my man owe money there work with u long u commcaite let them know what’s going on they work with for sure for what I said last time it still the same very peaceful here no yaling tonight gun fire cops all the time stuff like that far how everything taken care of manger does what she can like trash and stuff it up to the people that live here to put were it needs to go and when walk the dog puck stuff up last manger put out 100 of emails tell people to follow this rules people don’t so it the people that live there not the manger so when people put bad reviews on that stuff blows my mind but anyway I highly recommend living here if u like peace and quiet and feel safe as well thank again to the new people I hope they stay!!!

So we move one yr from October and omg everything great we run into a Lil problem with nabors but over all the mangers great no problems with parking the trash here way better then I last lived they got ants but the only in the summer they help with that also I love it here it quiet peaceful dog friendly I highly recommend living here there requirements but it worth it Mia is the best manger I have ever met they work with u everything thanks for a new home I be here yrs to come

I love living here, been here for 28 years, I look forward to using the hot tub again soon. Never had a problem until my home flooded but luckily the people in the office, Claudia and Nylia are helping with that next week. Hopefully my grandkids will have the experience my son had in this community.

Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there. There’s always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldn’t expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Don’t let these stuck up people (even tho shouldn’t be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down you’re awesome !
