Mallard Pointe at Riverbend is a pet-friendly community!  Each home can accommodate up to two pets—cats or dogs are both welcome. Pet fees include a $300 non-refundable fee, a $300 refundable deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. For details on breed restrictions, please reach out to our leasing team.
