Hey I wanted to write a review let people know I wrote one for the last manger that was here but we just got new people I just got to say they are by far the best people I met here me my man owe money there work with u long u commcaite let them know what’s going on they work with for sure for what I said last time it still the same very peaceful here no yaling tonight gun fire cops all the time stuff like that far how everything taken care of manger does what she can like trash and stuff it up to the people that live here to put were it needs to go and when walk the dog puck stuff up last manger put out 100 of emails tell people to follow this rules people don’t so it the people that live there not the manger so when people put bad reviews on that stuff blows my mind but anyway I highly recommend living here if u like peace and quiet and feel safe as well thank again to the new people I hope they stay!!!

Nylia was an excellent community manager and I couldn’t have asked for a better human to tour me around the place! She was inviting, straightforward and sent me out in a jiffy with any information that was useful and reassuring in my search of new stomping grounds. Thanks Homie lol ! 🤜🤛

I had an amazing experience with Nylia, the Assistant Community Manager at Mallard Riverbend Apartments. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, showing me the unit I’d be renting with outstanding customer service and a beautiful smile. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made she feel comfortable the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Nylia, for going above and beyond!

So we move one yr from October and omg everything great we run into a Lil problem with nabors but over all the mangers great no problems with parking the trash here way better then I last lived they got ants but the only in the summer they help with that also I love it here it quiet peaceful dog friendly I highly recommend living here there requirements but it worth it Mia is the best manger I have ever met they work with u everything thanks for a new home I be here yrs to come

I recently was driving by Mallard apartments. I decided to call and a polite Lady named Claudia answered who was very informative and helpful in helping me find a new home.

Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there. There’s always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldn’t expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Don’t let these stuck up people (even tho shouldn’t be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down you’re awesome !
