Don't move here. This place is a dump. The people who live here are slobs and leave trash EVERYWHERE. The trash area burned down two months ago and they still haven't finished cleaning it up. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. I grew up in Florida, so I've seen some big rats, but the biggest I've ever seen was last week. It was massive and laying dead in the gas behind a building. I've seen some big rats around the trash area as well. Multiple cars that have flat tires and haven't moved in months. There's a playground, but it's fenced off and can't be accessed. So unsupervised kids scream in the streets instead. Two pools and a hot tub that I've never seen open. I don't know why they don't just drain them. Management doesn't want to respond to my emails or enforce their own policies. At one time, they said there'd be $50 per violation fines for not cleaning up dog feces, but that never happened. I have never in my life lived somewhere where people can just let their dogs shit everywhere and leave it to bake in the sun. I was seriously overcharged on utilities the first few months I was here, eventually got a credit back, but had to pay out of pocket until that happened.
I've never moved into a place with such dirty door and window tracks. They couldn't be bothered to replace the tub lining that had a big slit in it when I moved in, so it's been flaking off when I bathe. Didn't even vacuum around the water heater where pieces of the wall had fallen. I never got a screen for my sliding door. They didn't bother cleaning under and around the fridge and when I pulled out the fridge it tore up the flooring. The flooring looks like it was improperly installed.
Management seems to only care about getting new tenants and their money, turnover is high. This property could be nice if they actually enforced cleaning up after dogs, dealt with the trash problems, and opened the pools and playground. I won't hold my breath waiting on them.
Oh, and don't forget the random explosion sounds day and night, stolen packages, and having to go to the post office every time you order a package shipped through USPS. If I could go back in time, I would've moved elsewhere.
