I had an amazing experience with Nylia, the Assistant Community Manager at Mallard Riverbend Apartments. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, showing me the unit Iâd be renting with outstanding customer service and a beautiful smile. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made she feel comfortable the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Nylia, for going above and beyond!

If I could go lower on this rating, I would. Vendors and tenants beware. Absolutely the worst crooks around. Provided services at their request back in June. Reached out multiple times by phone and email. Met in person with Claudia. She admitted they average 6 mo. late paying all vendor services. Added on late interest fee each month with a new updated invoice each time, which they ignored. They just sent a check for the amount from the original bill 7 months ago! I bet they take every late fee and penalty from their renters. NEVER do business with them or Greystar, which takes no accountability for their umbrella properties, but do require expensive fees to stay in "compliance" even though service was requested and accepted before re-qualifying. Can't say enough how bad they are and that they don't give a you-know-what!

Last few months seems like a lot has changed with the company and thereâs very lil up keep with the garbage that is building up for the âdoggy trashâ itâs also the community not doing there part, Thereâs a big tire and garbage just building up the past couple weeks & is making the property look worser I have tried to call the office several times and have had no luck with the issue being resolved and Iâve tried to report the issue as of today itâs been two wks of the same garbageâs and more keep piling I hope someone can take care of this soon!

So we move one yr from October and omg everything great we run into a Lil problem with nabors but over all the mangers great no problems with parking the trash here way better then I last lived they got ants but the only in the summer they help with that also I love it here it quiet peaceful dog friendly I highly recommend living here there requirements but it worth it Mia is the best manger I have ever met they work with u everything thanks for a new home I be here yrs to come

I love living here, been here for 28 years, I look forward to using the hot tub again soon. Never had a problem until my home flooded but luckily the people in the office, Claudia and Nylia are helping with that next week. Hopefully my grandkids will have the experience my son had in this community.
