They ended my lease 6 months early and asked me to relocate to a different place because their pipes failed. Had to endure a month of loud machines with them telling me it would be fixed soon but they eventually told me I had to move. Showed no empathy, gave me no resources, no compensation for anything, and no time. They didn’t even return my entire security deposit. Besides this, I’ve also gotten my car broken into and multiple people parking in my assigned spot. The place is old and it smelled of cigarettes and mildew. Although the situation was unfortunate I’m glad I moved out because my new place is so much safer and better.

I recently toured and the manager Claudia was so sweet and helpful. I truly appreciated her customer service and the whole team was so welcoming and nice.

Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there. There’s always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldn’t expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Don’t let these stuck up people (even tho shouldn’t be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down you’re awesome !

Trash and more trash. First the management is horrible! The office opens late and closes early. Management is just there for the paycheck and not to help. The area is bad. We had transients walking through broken holes in fences. There isn't security and I'd recommend looking up police reports for these apartments and the ones across the street.

This is ongoing problem for months now I tried to be a good neighbor and I’m just tired of picking up what is not mine and stepping in poop have called and there has been nothing done about this issue where is the management the office is always closed when you actually need to speak to someone numerous attempts via email & voicemails and no one has attended this issue it’s been a big problem especially when there no one around to help with this issue after months building 16 is where the dogs r coming from and no one does anything about it
