Trash and more trash. First the management is horrible! The office opens late and closes early. Management is just there for the paycheck and not to help. The area is bad. We had transients walking through broken holes in fences. There isn't security and I'd recommend looking up police reports for these apartments and the ones across the street.

This is ongoing problem for months now I tried to be a good neighbor and Iâm just tired of picking up what is not mine and stepping in poop have called and there has been nothing done about this issue where is the management the office is always closed when you actually need to speak to someone numerous attempts via email & voicemails and no one has attended this issue itâs been a big problem especially when there no one around to help with this issue after months building 16 is where the dogs r coming from and no one does anything about it

Maintenance is poor the garbage is always full. Nothing is ever clean. The office staff is very unprofessional.took them a year to say we never paid a deposit when we had and were supposed to receive a free month rent. On top of this had outdated fridge and oven for almost two months. They claimed they would give us 500 credit witch was never received either. If you move here they will make everything more difficult on purpose. Greystar is not a management company you want to deal with I promise.

I brought the office manager the idea of a referral bonus as I had a friend interested in the apartment. They raised the rent price on him while he was working on the application and did not work with him on the price. They then brought out a referral bonus after he was approved and said I was not eligible because he applied before the bonus when the bonus was literally my idea. Shady business practices and unethical. Not to mention they randomly close the office often and a majority of the amenities such as pool and gym are unaccessible unless youâre home during normal business hours, which who is if they work. Glad my friend got an apartment here because he needed a place to live but I would not and will not be recommending this location to anyone in the future after this is how they show they like to handle business.
