The office staff is completely useless. Leaves early and starts late every day. When I do get inside to talk with them they make empty promises on doing anything, or hollow apologies on things they won't deal with. June2023 edit: this is a place that will hike your rent up at the end of a 12 month lease, while continuing to advertise the original price.

I gave it 5 stars when we first moved it and now that we are gone and I am changing my mind. Cars were often broken into, stolen cars dumped in the lot, neighbors hit and run on your parked car, neighbors park in your paid parking spots and come to your apartment to make threats when you have them towed or they think you parked in there spot. People double park and block you in. Apartments not cared for. Fights broke out in the parking lot and all the neighbors came out to watch. Not enough parking for guests. Better options out there.
