Nylia was an excellent community manager and I couldnât have asked for a better human to tour me around the place! She was inviting, straightforward and sent me out in a jiffy with any information that was useful and reassuring in my search of new stomping grounds. Thanks Homie lol ! ð¤ð¤

I had an amazing experience with Nylia, the Assistant Community Manager at Mallard Riverbend Apartments. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, showing me the unit Iâd be renting with outstanding customer service and a beautiful smile. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made she feel comfortable the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Nylia, for going above and beyond!

So we move one yr from October and omg everything great we run into a Lil problem with nabors but over all the mangers great no problems with parking the trash here way better then I last lived they got ants but the only in the summer they help with that also I love it here it quiet peaceful dog friendly I highly recommend living here there requirements but it worth it Mia is the best manger I have ever met they work with u everything thanks for a new home I be here yrs to come
