I recently was driving by Mallard apartments. I decided to call and a polite Lady named Claudia answered who was very informative and helpful in helping me find a new home.

Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there. Thereâs always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldnât expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Donât let these stuck up people (even tho shouldnât be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down youâre awesome !
